We are a family run business, based in the market town of Swaffham, West Norfolk. Farms and countryside surround us, and we have access to local beef, pork, poultry, game, cheeses, fruits & vegetables. During Spring & Summer you will find us at the seasonal Apple Cafe in West Acre Gardens, inspired by fruits, vegetables and flowers fresh from the garden. In the Autumn & Winter we make our own preserves - jams, chutneys, marmalades and cordials to use in Apple Cafe the following season. During lockdown we were kept busy cooking and delivering an ever changing, weekly, menu of meals, sweet treats and afternoon teas within a 15 mile radius of Swaffham.
